Climate change
Climate change affects all of us and schools can be part of the solution.
World leaders agree that we need to cut the amount of greenhouse gases in our atmosphere. Schools can play a key role in learning why this is important and how they can help to achieve this.
Schools currently account for 15% of the carbon footprint for the public sector in the UK.
The impacts of climate change will be felt most by the poorest countries and populations are suffering earliest and most.
The poorest people in Africa and Asia are sending a mayday message to the rest of the world. Please help us fight climate change.
